Vacancies: Sales Supervisor, Regional Van Sales Manager
Our Company is a Reputable fast Growing Manufacturer of FMCG products in Nigeria, owned wholly by foreign investors.
Growth and expansion has necessitated the need for us to recruit self-motivated individuals with a high sense of commitment to fill positions as follows:
Position: Sales Supervisor (Location: All the Six Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria)
Requirement:
- Nigerian, graduate not more than 35yr old, with minimum of 3years cognate experience in a reputable FMCG company with a verifiable track record of performance.
- Candidates experience must be all encompassing in the sales function so he/she can readily appraise our sales model and hence reliably monitor, and develop a better sales team both in our retail and bulk sales team. Computer literacy, good presentation and communication skills are prerequisites for this role.
Position: Regional Van Sales Manager (Location: All the Six Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria)
Requirement:
- Nigerian not more than 35yrs old with at least 5yrs experience in managing territorial van sales managers, supervisors & van sales men, championing latest industrial best practices of a reputable FMCG company in the country at a managerial level.
- Candidate must have a solid and verifiable track record in Van sales volume, usage and overall van efficiency.
- Candidate must be a graduate with professional experience/qualifications in FMCG supply chain logistics, good communication, presentation, customer relationship, people management & good relationship, route mapping, management and development skills as well as relationship & contacts with road traffic regulators.
