Our Client, a Reputable Oil & Gas Services Company, with operational offices in Port Harcourt and Lagos, seeks to recruit suitable professionals for the following roles:
Position: Senior IT Officer (Lagos & Port Harcourt) – Ref: SITO/2013/01
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and architecture of the organization.
- Oversee both hardware and software requirement of the organization in the area of website & webmail server management; networking, internet access and data backups; troubleshooting hardware, software and general network issues.
- Conduct technology training for new users/member of staff.
- Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users/staff to enhance system productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software.
- Complete special projects as requested
Qualification & Experience
- Must have a degree in Computer Technology or related field. Necessary professional certification (both hardware and software) is a must have.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field managing IT infrastructure and architecture.
- Must have the ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required.
- Must have demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and computer.
- Must have a sense of urgency and commitment to timely completion of projects.
- Must have attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality
Position: Senior Security Officer (Lagos & Port Harcourt) – Ref: SSO/2013/01
Job Description
- Oversees the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities, personnel and information systems.
- Maintains relationships with State and Federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.
- Oversees the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary matters associated with such breaches as necessary
- Coordinates the activities of security escorts and outsourced security operatives to ensure maximum security of company staff and facility.
- Periodic updates of security issues in all the company area of operations.
- Ensures thorough checking of personnel coming in and out of the premises.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in the security industry. Retired Ex-service men can qualified to apply.
