Position: Information Technology Manager (KRITM)
Reports to: Head of HR and Administration
Role Responsibilities:
- Deployment and implementation of enterprise software (ERP or CRM)
- Manage and ensure effective usage of the company’s ERP, through effective understanding of user requirement and designing system to meet the needs
- Provide current knowledge and future vision of technology/industry as it relates to the organization s line of business
- Develop and executes the organizations technology strategy, roadmap and business architecture
- Prepare budget, financial analysis, estimation and evaluation for all IT initiatives
- Plan, organize and develop standard for data administration, operation and access rights to ensure.
- Integrally, confidentiality, security and availability of information.
The Person:
- A degree in Information Technology
- At least 8 years experience
- Hands on experience in the development and implementation of IT solutions
- Project Management Certification
- CCNA, Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Comptia
- Knowledge of advanced concepts and basic operating principles of data communications and information systems hardware and software.
- Previous experience with business process development in the utility environment preferred
- Comfortable with managing various operating system including Windows, Linux, and OSX
