The National Water Resources Institute, Kaduna a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources, hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill in some senior and junior vacant positions. Position: Principal Technician II/Senior Technologist – Contiss 09

Qualifications/Area of Specialization
Applicants must be holders of HND in:
- Mechanical Engineering (1 no)
- Science Laboratory Technology (1 no)
- Soil Mechanics/Civil Engineering (1 no)
- Water Resources (Drilling Tech) (1no)
Applicants should have at least 6 years laboratory/workshop experience as well as having practical skills in his area of specialization or possession of C&G full Technological Certificate (FTC) with 9 years intense practical laboratory/workshop experience.
Position: Senior Technician/Technologist I – Contiss 08

Qualifications/Area of Specialization
Applicants must be holders of HND in:
- Water Resources (hydraulics) (1no)
- Water Resources/Civil Engineering (Hydrology) (1 no)
- Land Survey (1 no)
- Soil Mechanics/Civil Engineering (1 no)
Applicants should have at least 3 years laboratory/workshop experience as well as have demonstrable practical skills in his area or possession of C&G FTC or equivalent with at least 6 years practical Experience.
Position: Higher Technician/Technologist II – Contiss 07

Qualifications/Area of Specialization
Applicants must be holders in:
- Science Laboratory Technology (Chemistry) (2 nos)
- Irrigation and Drainage Engineering (1no)
Applicant should have at least HND plus NYSC certificate or membership of NIST or FTC plus 3 years laboratory/workshop experience.
