Position: Electrical and Mechanical Trainers
Job Purpose
- To provide vocational training to mechanical and electrical technicians in the building services industry.
- To Prepare, conduct and evaluate technical training programs.
General Requirements
- Must have at least 5yrs advanced technical skills working with electrical and/or mechanical tools
- Must be proficient in mathematics
- Training experience an advantage
- Effective written, verbal communication & organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of computers & programs such as Word Excel & PowerPoint.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
- Must have proven advanced experience working on and installing the following:
ELECTRICAL TRAINER
- Conduit (Steel & PVC)
- Wiring of domestic & industrial buildings
- Trunking & Tray
- Cable Glanding & Terminations Panel Wiring Distribution Boards
MECHANICAL TRAINER
- Plumbing
- Fire fighting
- HVAC
- Welding
- Pipe fitting
- Duct Sheet
- Metal work
- Air-conditioning unit installations
