Position: Manager NMT/O/M
(TRAINING SCHOOL)
Job Description
- Successful candidates will be responsible for the execution of training and man power development of the organisation. He is to source, facilitate and execute training of external clients.
- Develop and organize in –depth technical training for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with products development, operations, and products management to obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspects of products needs
- Deliver Training programs/modules based on training plan requirements and according to clients driven schedule
- Support development of e-learning solutions
Position: Trainers: NMT/O/T
Job Description
- Assist the Training Manager to implement designed training objectives for both internal and external customers
- Facilitate training for the trainees on milling, fitting, drilling and general machine operation etc.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years experience in Machine implement /General Technical Training.
- Experience in Technical Sales within Manufacturing environment is a necessity.
