Position:     Call Centre Staff (CODE 3F)

Reports to the Quality Assurance Officer/Head Medical Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures 24 hours a day running of the HMO and attendance to enrollees calling in for complaints.
  • Should also work weekends and public holidays on a shift bases
  • Must have excellent communication skills and log all complaints to the right department for solutions.
  • Conversant with PABX and Call Log working environment.
  • First port of call to outsiders of the organization.
  • Must be discrete and confidential to information relayed on the call lines.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a HND in Social Sciences or related field
  • Computer literate
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of NHIS Call Centre Operations and administration
  • Good writing and documentation ethics.

 

 

Position: Health Services/Quality Assurance Officers Zonal (CODE 6B)

 

Reports to the Zonal Coordinators

Responsibilities:

  • Promotes Quality Health Management at the Zones
  • Sees to the smooth operations of Medicare services at the Zones
  • Intermittently visit Retainership Clinics within their zones to uphold standard.
  • Must be proficient in the use of modern Statistical/Epidemiological tools and some medical softwares and see that they are administered to enrollees.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Degree or HND in Public Health, Health Management or related fields
  • Must have at least 3 years Post-Graduation working experience
  • Good Analytical skills, communication and interactive skills
  • Good knowledge of Statistical/Epidemiological tools such as SPSS EPI INFO, etc.
