Position: Medical Records Technicians
Salary scale: (CONHESS 06 -N612, 256)
Qualifications:
- Medical Records Technician Certificate from any recognized School of Health technology.
- Evidence of registration with Council.
- O/L Certificate with 5 credits including English & Maths.
Position: Community Health Extension Workers (Comm. Health Technicians)
Salary scale: (CONHESS 06 -N612,256)
Qualifications:
- Technician (CHEW) Certificate from any recognized School of Health Technology.
- Evidence of registration with Council.
- O/L Certificate with 5 credits including English & Maths.
Method of Entry:
Interested applicants are to obtain application form of the institution from the Registry Unit with teller from bank after payment of the sum of N 5000 (Five thousand five hundred naira) to Acct. No 175001955 of SKYE Bank on the name of the institution.
Candidates are to submit (a) completed application form (b) detailed curriculum vitae (c) photocopies of all relevant credentials (d) letters from at least three referees.
Candidates should indicate the position applied for on the top left hand corner of envelopes containing their applications.
