Position: Documentation Controller: NMT/R/DC
(QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL)
Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation of document /record procedures and ensure regular maintenance of documentation for certification, surveillance / customer’s audits.
- Ensure proper storage and control system for company’s business and procedural documentations i.e. Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedural manual and Laboratory note.
- Maintain the accuracy of company’s documentation control accessibility
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure elimination of errors in company’s business process manuals and other documents
Requirements
- OND Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in Documentation control within ISO 9001:2008 Certified engineering firm or related industry.
- Must have exposure in system documentation of any of the following: 5S, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, CAPA, 8D, & 7QC TOOLS, PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and Calibration.
