- B.Sc/ DIR/DCR degree
- NYSC Discharge Certificate / Exception.

Position: Dental Technicians
Salary scale: (CONHESS 06 N612, 256.00 p.a)
Qualifications:
- Dental Technician Certificate forms a recognized school of Health Tech.
- O/ L Certificate with 5 credits including English & Maths.
- Evidence of registration.
Position: Pharmacists
Salary scale: (CONHESS 09 N1305688)
Qualifications:
- B.Pharrn. Degree
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
Method of Entry:
Interested applicants are to obtain application form of the institution from the Registry Unit with teller from bank after payment of the sum of N 5000 (Five thousand five hundred naira) to Acct. No 175001955 of SKYE Bank on the name of the institution.
Candidates are to submit (a) completed application form (b) detailed curriculum vitae (c) photocopies of all relevant credentials (d) letters from at least three referees.
