Our client requires the services of 3 Resident Cook and Steward for his Lagos residence.
Position: Resident Cook
Not more than 45 years old
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cook various local and continental dishes for home and events
- Plan, schedule recipes to prepare and prepare special menus
- Supervise the cleaning of kitchen, storeroom, and refrigerators
- Able to cook in bulk and use commercial kitchen equipment
- Should organize the staff schedule and plan how regular duties should be carried out
- Maintain an inventory and appropriately store food mm
- May perform related work as required.
Education and Experience
Essential qualifications include possession of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Catering and Hotel Management or related discipline or a degree from a culinary arts school. As an added advantage, experience with qualified professionals and commercial cooking and home management, including some supervisory experience puts you ahead of the rest.

Age: Not more than 40 years old
Duties
- Serve meals and drinks to residents and visitors
- Organize eating areas and ensure dining comfort
- Operate kitchen equipment and machinery
- Clean kitchen, utensils, and appropriately store them
- Washing and ironing of Clothes
- May perform related work as required
Education and Experience
Applicant must have a Senior Secondary School Certificate, Diploma or its equivalent
Should have 4 years working experience as steward with reputable organizations or individuals
