- Industrial Relations
- Review and Implementation of HR Policies
Required Skills/Competencies;
- First Degree in any discipline;
- A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resource practice
- Computer Skills – proficiency in MS-office application
- Ability to manage due process and procedures
- Strong negotiating and presentation skills
- Good communication skills – oral & written
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of personal effectiveness
- Membership of CIPM will constitute an advantage
