Position:     Human Resource Manager [WFM011]

The Role:

This position will serve as a strategic partner and member of the Leadership Team of the organization and is responsible for the Human Resources function. As a strategic partner, this position will broker services for the business to ensure that able to execute its people strategy.

 

Requirement:

  • B.Sc or Higher Degree in any Business or Management related field.
  • 8-10 overall years of experience and a minimum of 3years as the Head of HR in a well structured organization involved in multimillion dollar project requiring thousands of project employee. Knowledge of the construction industry and company operations will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and Usage of HR software to manage employee Information and payroll Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Management of internal / external customers i.e. Other business heads and 3rd party recruitment agencies
  • Expert knowledge of Nigerian Labour law, its interpretation and application is required.

 

Position:     Chief Medical Director [WFM012]

 

The Role:

The Chief Medical Director will lead a team of Doctors in a World Class Hospital. He/She will oversee clinical transformations and play a key role in improving patient care quality, safety, and overall clinical effectiveness and efficiency. The role will be responsible for clinical oversight and direction regarding the planning, scope, qualify, and provision of all medical services.

 

Requirement:

  • Academic background with a Medical Degree and higher Medical Qualification
  • 15 years of Physician leadership experience is preferred.
  • Previous practice experience as a Chief Medical Director is mandatory
  • Extensive industry/business experience with demonstrable experience in a relevant area for this function (e.g.
  • Medical Affairs or Clinical R and D, Clinical Medicine, Academic or Hospitals)
  • Very strong and demonstrable communication and influencing skills that can impact at a national level
  • Highly innovative with the ability to drive a complex and changing environment and effectively manage issues
  • Exceptional leadership, people management and development skills.
  • Strong business acumen

 

Position:     Hospital Administrator [WFM013]

The Role:

This role provides leadership to a world class hospital. The Hospital administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hospital and coordinates the actions of all departments and ensures they function as one. The Administrators uses business skills to handle long-term planning, development of operating objectives and budgets, and creation of an overall system for efficient delivery of medical services.

 

Requirement:

  • Candidates should have B.Sc in any business related discipline plus an MBA preferably with a specialization in healthcare management
  • Not less than 8 years prior experience as a Hospital Administrator in a well structured hospital providing medical services across various areas of specialization.
  • Strong business acumen, business development and marketing skills with proven records of achievement in same role.
  • Good Analytical skills, communication skills, leadership, people management and development skills
  • Proven ability to assess risk using financial, statistical and economic data and create manageable solutions
  • Strong business development and marketing skills
  • Knowledge of health services administration, public health or long-term care administration
