Vacancies: Human Resources Executive, Sales/ Marketing Officer Sales Assistants

In addition t its coordination unit, the Group has Project Services, Construction and Facility Management companies. Our development pipeline has over 12,000 residential and commercial properties scheduled for delivery in the next 5 years. Relevant experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is not necessary but could be an advantage.
Position: Human Resources Executive

- Our HR Executive is required to drive innovative HR policies including effective performance management systems.
Position: Sales/ Marketing Officer
- The Sales/Marketing Officer is to lead a team focused on increasing our clientele through our unique home ownership subscription scheme or via mortgage / outright: purchase.
- The successful candidate is required to develop innovative strategies for creating a subscription base of over 2,000 home-buying members in the first year: and aim to increase subscription by at least 50% annually, over the next 3 years.
Position: Sales Assistants
- The Sales Assistants are to work within the sales and marketing team focusing on driving sales of our home ownership scheme.
- The incumbents must be self- motivated and highly energetic individuals with marketing talents to fit well into the sales and marketing team.
Remuneration: Our remuneration packages are very competitive and comparable to what is obtainable in the industry.
