There is job opportunity for Human Resources Manager in an Information Technology Company. The company is an IT Consultancy Firm based in Lagos with various branches in major states in Nigeria, it has a vacancy for the position of HRM and therefore, on the lookout for highly skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated individual whose ultimate responsibility is to ensure all people based activity within an organization from both an operational and strategic perspective.
Basic Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the
- Minimum of good first degree in relevant fields, preferably in Social Sciences, Arts and Management, MBA, IMSC in Human Resources very relevant
- Membership of any recognized HR Professional Body will be added advantage.
- Candidates must not be more than 35 years by December, 2012 with at least 5 years post qualification experience in good organization(s) at managerial level
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills to cover written and oral
- Ability to use relevant HR software
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
