Vacancies: Human Resources Officer, HR Assistant
Vacancies exist for the following positions in a Golden Sugar Company Limited
Position: Human Resources Officer
The Job:
- Work in partnership with line managers on all human resources matters.
- Work closely with HR manager on other Hr functions.
- Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with statutory and company requirements.
- Help to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives.
Qualification:
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics and English Language in not more than two sittings
- HND/B.sc in any social science discipline with not less than second class lower/upper credit.
- CIPM part qualification will be an advantage
The Person:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Team orientated and Results focused
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Position: HR Assistant
The Job:
- Assist HR officer to handle matters fairly and consistently in line with statutory and company requirements.
- Assist Hr Officer to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives.
Qualification:
- OND in any humanities discipline.
- 5 O’ Level Credits including English & Mathematics
- Student Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management is an advantage.
The Person:
- Organized with good interpersonal skills, takes initiative and is a fast learner.
- Willing to develop a career in human resources
- Good verbal and written communication skills required.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft office packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook required.
Experience:
- Minimum of one year
