Position: Inventory Officer
Requirements
- Must ensure proper management and coordination of activities at the central store, and ensure absolute maintenance of stock items and equipment. Requires the following:
- Retail Business Knowledge
- Storage Process
- Customer Service knowledge
- Computer / Software competence
- Excellent organization & coordination skill
- Creative and innovative skills
- General Managerial and Administration skills
- Excellent Time management logistic knowledge
Qualification and Experience
Applicants must possess B.sc in any Social Sciences course, must have worked in a retail establishment, with 2-3 years experience of inventory and Warehousing functions.
Position: Human Resource Manager
- To ensure the effective management and motivation of the workforce.
- Develops the capabilities of the workforce to ensure optimal contribution to the achievement of the company vision.
- Increase employee productivity vis-a-vis organizational goals and targets.
- Leads the conceptualization, design, development and delivery of HR systems, structures, processes and policies
Qualification and Experience
- Applicants must possess B.sc First degree in Social Sciences, Business Management/Administration.
- Humanities or any related field,
- 6 years minimum experience in HR Planning and organisation,
- Msc/MBA would an added advantage
Position: Head of Outlet
Will head and manage business, staff operational activities and customer services at the outlet level of the company,
Qualification and Experience
Applicants must possess B.sc/ HND in a recognized institution.
4 years experience in merchandising and supervisory role in retail business.
