Qualifications
- The successful candidate will be required to develop a robust infrastructure to include all technical, soft skills, compliance, management and leadership training.
- The candidate will also be required to design and deliver non-technical courses as a major part of the role and must demonstrate an external network via which non-technical training can be sourced, hosted and delivered.
To be successful in this role, candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- Bachelor’s degree (second class upper division)
- CIPM/CIPD membership
- Ability to effectively and confidently communicate and build rapport with all grades of staff
- Commitment to job and self-development
- Excellent team building skills
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
- Advanced IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to cope with pressure and varied workload; multi-tasking
- Prior experience with other reputable Professional services firm will be an added advantage
Learning and Development Manager will report to the Talent Partner
Position: Human Resources Officer
The candidates must have a clear understanding of the strategic importance of human resources and should have the ability to provide support to the Human Resource Manager
To be successful in this role, candidates:
- Must possess a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
- Must have at least 3 years post qualification work experience in a reputable institution
- Must have the knowledge and understanding in handling and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Should be a qualified HR professional with certification by relevant professional institute
- Should not be more than 30 years
- Should have strong background and knowledge in all key human resource management and development domains
- Must have high computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have good interpersonal skills, be a team player, be able to work with little or no supervision and have good writing, analytical and communication skills.
