Position: Recruitment Specialist (Human Resources)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate shall be responsible for sourcing profiles from portals.
- Screening candidates based on the job description.
- Conduct pre- employment interviews face to face and through telephone.
- Familiar with/ Conduct various tests on the short list candidates.
- Follow-up with candidates till joining.
- Coordinate with clients on all recruitment’s.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 3- 4 year resourcing/HR experience gained in a leading recruitment/outsourcing organization. Our ideal candidate would be someone with hands-on in executive search and selection.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Comfort with MS packages.
- Personable and good people skills. energetic, attention to details and ability to multi-task
