Position: Application Developer
Job Requirement
Applicant must:
- Have previous experience in a web-based or mobile application development.
- Be an exceptional developer, database administrator, system analyst and integrator
- Have a passion for software development and excellent work ethics
- Have excellent programming and interface designs skill.
- Be creative, innovative, action oriented, resilient, flexible, and ambitious
- Be a disciplined person with high level of integrity.
Language/Scripts
PHP, Advance JavaScript, JavaServeer Faces (JSF), J2ME, J2EE (EJB, Servlets, JSP etc) Hibernate, Servlets, JSP EJB, XML, Ajax, Json, HTML, CSS, Web Services defined by standards managed by the World Wide Web consortium, W3C.
Frameworks/Technology/API:
JAVA, PHP, HTTP, SOAP, SMTP, Apache architecture based portal solution implements open source standards.
IDE/Software
Dreamweaver, PHP and any of Adobe projectors, Flash, Fireworks, Freehand, Photoshop, Premier, Paintshop, CorelDraw etc with graphic and creative design ability.
Web/Application Server/Os
Linux, Apache, Apache Tomcat, Apache Ant, Microsoft Window Server, IIS and skill in virtualization.
Concept/Deployment/Testing
Object oriented Programming, Object oriented Design UML, Design Patterns, JUnit, Module and System Level Testing and any agile methodology Cent OS.
Database Management
Administration and development skill using Microsoft SQL, Oracle, T-SQL, and MySQL.
System Analysis and Designs Ability
System Architecture Development; Schematic Logic Designs; Process Flow Development; Program Flowchart Development, Algorithm; and Database Relational Diagram
Qualification
- Applicant should have a B.sc or HND degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
- 1-2 years Post NYSC Working Experience
- Excellent professional Certificate in application development and database management skills.
