Position: IT Manager (Manager – Snr. Manager Position)
Responsibilities:
- To manage the day-to-day support of the Group’s IT faculties
- Provides first hand administrative support for the business applications:
- Manage and implement the installation of all new computer software as required, enabling the delivery of IT services for effective business operation
- Manages disaster recovery processes
- Maintains close contact with software vendors for better understanding of new developments/support, as it affects the company’s business application
- Provides on the job training for users
Qualifications, Qualities and Experience
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 10 years prior Information Technology experience required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
Position: Systems Administrator (Asst Manager – Dep. Manager)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining computer software systems
- Install client/server applications and essential software patches then carry out any required maintenance of applications and identify compatibility issues
- Plan for and responds to service /system inventory outages and other computer problems.
- Performing data backups, routine audits of systems and software
Qualifications, Qualities and Experience
- Applicant must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an information technology related field
- Preferred Certifications: Certified Database Administrator Certified Network
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience
