Position: Lead Project Manager (LAGOS)
Summary Job Description:
- The LEAD Project Manager has overall responsibility to plan, execute, and finalize projects & implementation according to strict Timelines, Quality and Within Budget. This includes assigning resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plans .Co-ordinates other Project Managers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSC/HND in engineering, computer science or other related discipline with a minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience in a similar position and MUST possess relevant professional certifications – (TIL, PMP or PRINCE 2
- The ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record of having performed in similar capacity.
- Must have strong familiarity of project management softwares e.g. MS Projects or equivalent.
- Deep experience in managing technology solutions based projects is also desirable.
- An MBA or relevant post graduate degree/professional qualification e.g. CCNA, CCNP or MCSE with an In-depth knowledge of ICT business environment will be an added advantage.

Position: Support and Out-Sourcing Executive (LAGOS)
Summary Job Description:
- The Support and Out-Sourcing Executive has overall responsibility to plan, execute, manage and deliver on Customer Support Service Level Agreements, Outsourcing & Support Contracts. This includes running the service desk, assigning resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver contracts and support services according to plan. Making sure that customer objectives are fulfilled in alignment with corporate business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSC/HND in engineering, computer science or other related discipline/technical background with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in a similar position.
- Must possess relevant professional certifications – ITIL foundation (minimum)
- Experience in managing technology solutions based contracts and support services are also desirable.
