College of Information and Communication Technology

 

Position: Lecturer II (Department of Library and Information Science)

-CONUASS 03

 

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a Ph.D in Librarianship or Information Science with specialization in the following areas:

v Archival and Record Management

v Publishing and the Book Trade

v Media Technology

• Minimum of three (3) years teaching and research experience in an approved University or similar institutions;
• Some scholarly publications.

 

OR

• Possession of a good first degree with Second Class Upper Division plus Masters in Library and information Science registrable for Ph.D and (3) years of teaching in an approved University or similar institution.

Position: Assistant Lecturer (Department of Library and Information Science) – CONUASS 02

 

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a good first degree with Second Class Upper Division plus Masters in Library and information Science registrable for Ph.D.

Applicants should enclose two sets of photocopies of relevant credentials. They should also request their referees to forward their reports to the Registrar under confidential cover.
