Vacancies: Management- Facility Manager, Management- Information Technology Manager
Our client is in the Real Estate and Services business. As a result of the recent strategic reorganization and renewal initiatives, the company is desirous of filling newly created vacancies at executive levels and management levels with the objective of imbuing the company with the right level of executive capacity required to achieve its corporate and strategic objectives. In view of this need, our client requires highly qualified, motivated, ambitious and experienced individuals to further support her business. Potential candidates must be confident, self-motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide executive management leadership to ensure that all set targets for the company are met and surpassed. The following positions are therefore advertised for both internal and external candidates:
Position: Management- Facility Manager (NXT/PRJRE-FACM)
The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure that the resident have the most suitable environment for living and recreation will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, in relation to buildings and premises.
Skills and Competencies:
- A good first/university degree in built-environment disciplines or relevant disciplines
- Demonstration of sound knowledge and experience in facility management
- Influencing and leading skills
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Client orientation
- Experience of working effectively within a team and leading on own initiative
- Excellent organization skills including ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and teams and an ability to prioritize and work to deadlines

Position: Management- Information Technology Manager (NXT/PRJRE-ITM)
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks. He/she will manage and provide hardware and software maintenance, training, consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. The candidate will be required to provide these services in an effective and efficient manner whilst ensuring maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.
Skills and Competencies:
- A good first/university degree in related field from a reputable university
- Other professional qualifications in relevant field
- At least five (5) years’ work experience in the industry
- Should demonstrate management and supervisory skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to install and administer computer hardware and networks
- Decision marking and team building skills
