Vacancies: Marketing and Sales Officers, IT Officer,
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates in the following roles with a leading Corrugated packing Manufacturing Company based in Lagos .
Position: Marketing and Sales Officers
Key Responsibilities
- All orders processing, delivery issues resolution, customer relations, quality problem resolution, revenue/sales collections must be processed in a manner that fulfills organizational objectives
- Anticipate and respond efficiently to product order inquiries and complaints from customers
- Priorities orders and inquires with minimum prompting from superior
- Provide efficient order management from placement of order to delivery of goods. Any delay must be communicated to all concerned including the customer
- Ensure proper documentation from beginning of ordering to revenue/sales/cheque collection
- Manage any quality return, refusals and vacancies in quality by customers efficiently and ensure optimal communication to all concerned, attend until problems are solved and the company is protected
- Monitoring and keeping the company ahead of competition
- Must be a team player, even while focusing on achieving personal job objective
Role Profile
- Social Science graduates with B.sc degree certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years cumulative experience in a manufacturing environment, with membership of Nigeria Institute of Marketing
Note: Experience in medium sized manufacturing companies will be required and applicants must possess Strategic perspective and strong analytical skills.
Position: IT Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Delay PCs printers and other computer accessories to network users.
- Install new systems, application, utilities software and network station for new locations/offices,
- Ensure smooth running of SAP business package.
- Verify that Company configuration Standards are strictly adhered to.
- Maintain good technical documentation of all task and functions.
- Seek proficient and cost conscious suppliers on procurement of PC peripherals
Role profile
- Computer, Electrical/Electronics Engineering graduate.
- Must be SAP or equivalent compliant.
- Minimum of 3 years cumulative experience In a manufacturing environment.
Note: Experience in medium sized manufacturing companies will be required and applicants must possess Strategic perspective and strong analytical skills.
