Vacancies: Principal Lecturers, Senior Lecturers, Lecturers I, II and III, Technologists I and II

 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below at Lagos City Polytechnic in the Full Time and Part Time Programmes.

 

Position:     Principal Lecturers

(Department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering)

Requirements:

• Applicants should possess a Ph. D with 5 years experience, Master’s degree with a minimum of 11 years of relevant cognate experience with proven ability for applied research and produc­tion work. Registration with recognized professional body is re­quired.

Position:     Senior Lecturers

(Department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering)

Requirements:

• Applicants should possess a Ph. D with 3 years experience Mas­ter’s degree with a minimum of 6 years on-the-job cognate expe­rience. Demonstrable ability to initiate and supervise applied research/ project/exhibition/ production. Registration with recognized pro­fessional body is required.

Position:     Lecturers I/ II

(Department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering)

Requirements:

• Applicants should possess a Ph. D with 2 years, MSc 4 years teaching/research/industrial experience.

Position:     Lecturers III

(Department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering)

Requirements:

• Applicants should possess a minimum of Master’s degree in the relevant field.
• Holders of HND with Masters degree and registration with Pro­fessional bodies will be considered for ail tiers of lectureship position as above.

Position:     Technologists I and II

 

(Department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering)

 

Requirements:

• Applicants should possess HND not below Upper Credit in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering or Computer Sci­ence with 3 years on the job experience. OR Full Technological Certificate of City and Guilds in Electrical or Electronic Engineer­ing. Federal Craft Certificate with Labour Trade Test/C and G
