Position: Systems Manager (Ref: HR/ADM/SSM/001)

Key Responsibilities:

The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:

  • General IT functions such as hardware and networking security.
  • Database maintenance, server room management.
  • Website, system support and troubleshooting.
  • Any other assigned job

Requirements: The Suitable candidate must possess:

  • HND or B.Sc in Computer Science or Information Communication Technology (ICT), IT professional qualification / MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in managerial position
  • High integrity with excellent leadership & interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Experience in sage pastel evolution ERP application & web management

Position: Customer Service Manager (Ref: HR/ADM/CSM/002)

Key Responsibilities: The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain a readily available and up-to-date customer database.
  • Handle customer complaints and keep accurate up-to-date records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Visiting customers to provide a one-to-one service delivery.
  • Develop, build and maintain a strong bonding relationship from customers to company products.

Requirements: The Suitable candidate must possess:

  • HND or B.Sc in Social Sciences, MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 7 years experience (in managerial position) in FMCG and not more than 40 years.
  • Good leadership and motivational skills
  • Interpersonal skills and result oriented
  • Must be computer literate, with a valid drivers’ license.

Position: Sales Representatives (Ref: HR/ADM/SRP/003)

Key Responsibilities: The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts.
  • Planning and organizing daily work schedule, to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to Customer Service Manager.
  • Any other assigned job

Requirements: The Suitable candidate must possess:

  • HND or B.Sc in Social Sciences, MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of3 years experience in FMCG and not more than 3 5 years.
  • Analytical skills and result oriented
  • Must be computer Literate.
