Position: Technical Coordinator
Responsibility:
- You will be required to coordinate as operations activity including integration of systems and roll out
- Enhance helpdesk
- Ensure customer service quality
- Leverage existing field support to provide direct and remote support
- Monitor and enforce problem resolution
Qualification:
- PMP/Prince 2 certification
- B.Sc Computer Science (MBA/MSC is added advantage)
- IT certifications (MCSC, CCNA, CCMP etc)
Remuneration is huge, excellent perks. You will report directly to the CEO and manage three departments.
