Position:     General Manager/ Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications

The desired skills set, training and experience of a suitable person for the position include the following:-

  • Candidates must possess B.Sc or HND in Insurance, Actuarial Science or related discipline
  • Professional insurance qualification- ACIIN
  • An MBA or Master in Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in the insurance industry with the larger part in insurance brokerage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer Relationship Management training and or specific experience
  • People Management training and or job related experience
