Position: Group Leaders, (Marketing)

 

 

Successful candidate will be required to:

  • Lead the business development activities of the Company
  • Develop and deploy winning strategies for excellent services delivery
  • Develop strategies for maintaining enduring relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identity opportunities for opening new business outlets for the Company
  • Identify and develop new markets within the country
  • Supervise the activities of regions and branches to ensure positive contributions to company-wide objectives
  • Provide strong leadership for various levels of staff under the Division through mentioning and coaching
  • Advise management on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions
  • Ensure all Team Leads are fully informed of operational objectives, duration, monitoring and compliance with key performance indicators
  • Set operational and/or performance goals which are aggressive and achievable for each department
  • Establish and monitor Romance reporting systems
  • Monitor group’s performance against performance goals of the Company to ensure that progress is being
  • Conduct regular meetings with Team Leads to ensure that priorities are dear and coordination is good
  • Ensure activities comply with organizational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations and
  • general duty of care
  • Support CEO and Board in formulating organizational and strategic plans and building key alliances
  • Coordinate and ensure adequate execution and funding of key strategies, projects and policies
  • Establish operational processes/process improvement
  • Manage strategy implementation, particularly regarding timelines
  • Ensure quality control of all Company output as pertains to customer acquisition and delivery of service

 

Key Accountability

  • Commitment to deliver agreed Performance Contract
  • Commitment to deliver cash collection of 95% of production
  • Commitment to retention ratio of 95% of all renewable accounts

 

The Peron

The right Candidate must:

  • Possess relevant working knowledge of the insurance market
  • Be able to conduct meetings and presentations skillfully
  • Be detailed and results oriented
  • Be a strong negotiator
  • Possess superior Management, leadership and supervisory skills
  • Be professional and objective
  • Be self-driven
  • Posses first degree in insurance or any social science field from a reputable institution of higher learning
  • Be an Associate of the Chartered Institute of tame of Nigeria
  • Possess a minimum of 12 years’ experience in marketing insurance services with a leading insurance company

 

 

Position: Branch Leaders, Kaduna and Kano

 

Successful candidates will be required to:

  • Supervise activities of the branch to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers
  • Develop and implement branch strategic plan
  • Develop and implement branch business development activities
  • Create and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential clients
  • Quote and agree terms with direct clients and brokers
  • Develop and implement credit control strategies for the branch
  • Ensure that the branch has the needed resources to meet stated objectives
  • Coach and train various level of staff in the Branch to enhance performance on the  job
  • Ensure timely inspection and investigation of reported claims
  • Ensure that all transactions are promptly and accurately documented
  • Approve petty cash expenses for the Branch
  • Conduct weekly marketing review meeting
  • Conduct weekly marketing performance appraisal of members
  • Attend bi-monthly Business/Performance Review Meeting at the Regional Office
  • Attend quarterly Marketing Strategy Review Meeting with Regional Lead
  • Conduct quarterly appraisal exercise of subordinates
  • Ensure timely preparation of various reports for Management
  • prepare annual budget for consolidation

The Person:

The right candidates must:

  • Possess relevant working knowledge of the insurance market
  • Be able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Possess first degree in Insurance or any social science field from a reputable institution of higher learning
  • Possess ACII or MBA
  • Possess a minimum of 6 yean’ experience in marketing/sales with a leading insurance company
