Position: Head Information and Communication Technology (ICT) (CODE 4A)
Reports to the Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Required to host and manage data, statistical evaluations and enrollee movements
- Ensure connectivity with client hospitals to HMO Headquarters and all Zonal Offices
- Verification of Information supplied by NHIS and Partnerships Companies.
- Coordinates 24/7 ICT related issues, Hotline Connections, Call Centers. HMO Headquarters, Zonal Offices and private providers.
- Develops the Company’s technology vision, manage IT services within the Organization
- Protect Data/Information from leakage to unauthorized personnel or vendors and upgrade Softwares with industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or its related field
- Post-Graduate qualification in ICT or related fields is also required.
- Certification in or professional membership in ICT or related fields
- Knowledge of Database Management, Networking, Oracle and general ICT applications.
- Minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience in the relevant field.
- Attendance of related courses on Microsoft/CISCO/IBN/Oracle/SAP/etc would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal, technical and communication skills
Position: Head Underwriter/Insurer (CODE 5A)
Reports to the MD/Chief Finance Officer
Responsibilities:
- To underwrite all claims due to enrollees or to HMO in circumstance of unforeseen events in line with NHIS policies.
- To liaise with MD or Head Medical Services on issues of accidents and benefits to enrollees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Actuarial Sciences, Insurance or related field.
- Post-Graduate qualification in Actuarial Sciences, Insurance, Health Management, Health financing or related fields.
- Certification in or professional membership of insurance, Actuarial Science or related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years Post NYSC experience in an Insurance company/related
- Field.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Highly motivated and result oriented individual.
