Position: Ticket & Insurance Claims Manager

  • As our Ticket & Insurance Claims Manager, you must be very versatile in ticket refund, rerouting, cancelling and revalidation issues.
  • You must have extensive knowledge of the travel industry and some airline experience in same department will be of advantage. You will also lead a team of claims handlers and make sure that they deal with travel insurance claims efficiently.
  • You will directly interface with airlines, passengers and travel insurance product suppliers for reimbursement while working to maintain our policy of 30-minutes claim processing mandate. You must have extensive claims resolution experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years cognate experience required.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates are required to Possess minimum of B.Sc / HND Second Class (Lower).

 

 

Position: Head, Customer Support

  • Keeping our customers is keeping our business. Your chief job is trouble shooting, ensuring that no client is ever lost on your watch. Our Ideal Candidate must have excellent verbal and written English. Well experienced in travel/tour operations, be aware of current laws and legislations. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that any and all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently to the satisfaction of ail involved. To seek this position, you must be aware of monthly target figures and your roles in meeting them. Be able to train and supervise junior staff members. You must have a minimum of 5 years customer care experience in a company of repute to apply.
