Position: Contract and Legal Services Manager
Qualifications:
- First Degree in Law with an MBA/ Professional Certification added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum experience eight (8) years works experience in commercial, corporate, civil and entertainment law.
Competencies
- Advocacy, mediation and arbitration
- Knowledge of Legal, statutory and regulatory framework
- Legislation & compliance
- Legislative Intelligence and advisory
- Litigation management
- Alternate Dispute Resolution techniques.
- Knowledge of Nigerian laws
- Knowledge of contract negotiation & drafting of sponsorship and general media contracts.
Position: Contract & Legal Services Executive
Qualifications:
- First Degree in Law
Experience:
- 0-2 years work experience in Legal services
Competencies
- Knowledge of Legal and regulatory framework.
- Legal drafting
- Knowledge of Nigerian laws
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
- Attention to details
- Very smart and intelligent
