Position: Automation Engineer (Ref. AE)
Job Purpose/Specification
To manage and operate plant automation systems (2 Main Servers + 6 Clients + 1
Engineering Station + Plant Guide Server + 3 Clients + CEM Scanner System + 10 Central PLCs + 24 Local PLCs) through planned prevents and corrective maintenance.
- Keep track of use and order spare parts for the system
- Manage and operate
– Windows Server and XP editions
– Siemens S7 PLCs Hardware
– Siemens Step 7 Software and programming using FBD/LAD/STL
– Siemens S7 Safety PLCs
– Industrial Ethernet and TCP in IP Networks
– ECS (FLS Automation Process Control System)
– Proface HMI Displays and Profibus Dp Networks
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience:
- Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Electrical/Electronics or Communication Engineering. Experience in heavy industrial plants, involved in large scale blasting, grinding, milling and packaging of cement is required for the job.
- Minimum of 8years post NYSC experience as an Automation Engineer in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment
Position: Reliability Engineer (Ref: RE)
Job Purpose/Specification
To optimize and standardize preventive maintenance routine programs by equipment type throughout the plant and inspect equipment using checklist
- Coordinate inspectors and analyze data gathered
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Justify and optimize fixed time replacement of components (Equipment Replacement Strategy) and keep critical spares and equipment
- Maintain BOM for critical A and B equipment.
- Prepare KPI report/downtime pare to analysis for weekly/monthly review.
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in planning, scheduling and maintenance is required for job.
- Must be computer literate and conversant with Autocad
- Minimum of 7years post NYSC experience in manufacturing/cement industry.
