Position: Electrical Planner (Ref. EP)
Job Purpose/Specification
To prepare and implement preventive maintenance routine (PMRs) programs for plant equipment, ensure checklist for plant inspection and guide Inspectors/Engineers in performing their functions.
- Inspect equipment on site at regular intervals, analyze stoppage of equipment at stated intervals and solve problems by taking immediate action based on feedback from Inspection
- Understand and work with ERP system and ensure proper work order feedback from execution department
- Ensure materials (spares) required are available on site, maintain equipment history, keep maintenance kpi and execute major shutdown work
- Handle shutdown planning for jobs, procedures, materials and tools etc.
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Electrical Engineering. Experience in planning, scheduling and maintenance is required for job.
- Must be computer literate and conversant with Autocad
- Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience in manufacturing/cement industry.
Position: Shift Leader (Ret. SL)
Job Purpose/Specification:
To ensure employees adhere to operating and safety procedures, good housekeeping, no equipment failure during operation and maintain record for field action in each shift
- Train production personnel to achieve required result and report abnormal stoppage of plant to production or plant managers.
- Conduct follow-up of equipment maintenance system, update production data and monitor raw material stock on daily basis in order to eliminate stock out situation.
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience:
- Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Technical experience in cement production is required for the job.
- Must be able to transfer knowledge and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must possess communication, leadership and supervisory skills.
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in cement industry.
