Talentwise is recruiting for its client a leading Cash and Carry Store for consumer in Abuja. The store in offering a wide range of products with high quality and standards of fresh flavours at affordable prices.

 

Positions: Bakery Manager

Role holder is responsible for managing department inventory, in-stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising and other operational processes to company standards. The incumbent will follow the company sales and production planning standards and ensure the department achieves the standards of performance as outlined in the work plan.

 

Qualification:

  • High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience with relevant bakery certifications;
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in bakery operations.

 

Positions: Butchery Manager

 

Role holder has managerial responsibility for planning, preparing and executing all portioning and ordering of meats and fish in line with specified standards as set by the company. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining organization within the butchery section and the cleanliness and sanitation of both the work areas and equipment; preparation of standard consumer-sized portions and shellfish for sale; deal directly with customers is expected to have good customer service skills and strong managerial ability as well as being able to multi-task in a fast paced retail environment.

 

Qualification:

  • High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience with relevant certifications;
  • Must have worked at least for 5 Years as a Butcher in Hotels, Restaurants;
  • Ability to prepare all meats and fish products specified to company standards;
  • Ability to deal with quality control, production control, meat and fish storing.

 

Positions: Restaurant Manager

 

Role holder is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant which includes operational performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls, Food Preparation & Production Administration and Auditing.

 

Qualification:

  • First degree in the Social Sciences from a recognized university,
  • With a minimum of 5 years work experience
  • And Membership of a recognized professional institute will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Health Codes, Safe Food Handling and Sanitation, Safety and Security systems and procedures, computer operations.
