Vacancies: Chef and Production Managers, Outdoor Catering Managers / Supervisors
We are seeking for Vibrant, energetic and creative individuals to take up the following positions:
Position: Chef and Production Managers (Outdoor Catering)
Requirements:
The ideal candidates should possess the following;
- Candidates must possess B.Sc in Food Tech, Hotel & Catering Mgt or any other Food Science discipline.
- Have knowledge of institutional food service and/or restaurant mgt. Candidates should also have substantial culinary experience plus appreciable computer skills.
- At least 4 years work experience in same capacity.
- Supervision of the set-up of all food production to maximize productivity between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.
Position: Outdoor Catering Managers / Supervisors
Requirements:
The ideal candidates should possess the following:
- Candidates must have B.Sc/HND/ND in Food Science and Food Tech or any other related discipline with a proven track record at supervisory level of catering experience within the retail side of the business.
- At least 3-5 years work experience in same capacity.
- Coordinate the day to day running of all outdoor catering engagements, providing full catering service.
