Position: Corporate Affairs Manager

The ideal candidate for this position should have good years of managerial experience working and have good years of managerial experience working in the corporate/communications/ Brand Management office and should possess the following requirements

Requirements and Duties

  • A good minimum degree in the Arts/Sciences together with other relevant post graduate qualifications
  • An MBA would be an added advantage
  • Professional ability to represent the company’s brand and reputation in public, through both oral and written communications.
  • Vast experience, exposure and connection in the print and electronic media-television, radio, print media etc.
  • Good exposure and management of a winning brand
  •  Strong ability to take responsibility for all internal and external communications including press releases.
  • Ability to have a wholesome relationship with clients, the media and other stakeholders.

 

 

Position: Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualification abilities and attitudes

 

Requirements & Duties

  • B.Sc in Marketing/English/Mass Communication or any relevant Social Science discipline (minimum degree).
  • Other proven professional qualification will be an added advantage
  • At least 7years work experience in same capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements ; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishment
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirement, potential and financial; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of the new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials ;estimating partners need and goals
  •  Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications. Maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add values to job accomplishments.
