Position: Dry Cleaning Manager (Ref: DM/03/04/12)
Job Description
- Managing a dry cleaning operations and logistics and ensure efficiency;
- Examine and sort into lots articles to be cleaned, according to color, fabric, dirt content, and cleaning technique required.
- Supervising and Inspecting soiled articles to determine sources of stains, to locate color imperfections, and to identify items requiring special treatment.
- Receive and mark articles for laundry or dry cleaning with identifying code numbers or names, using hand or machine markers.
- Responding to customer complaints and comments;
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A university degree or equivalent in Social Sciences
- Minimum of 5years experience in dry cleaning management.
- Strong work ethics and integrity.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Not more than 32 years of age at next birthday.
Position: Driver (Ref: 0D/03/04/12)
Job Description
- Day to day delivery of products and clients door-steps
- Responding to customer complaints and comments
- Polite and presentable.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A valid drivers’ license.
- Minimum of 5 years driving experience and knowledge of Lagos city.
