We require suitable qualified candidate to fill the position below:
Position: Estate Surveyor with Marketing Savvy
Locations: Port-Harcourt and Abuja
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving the sales force and achieving the marketing target of our products in the specified region
- Manage all third party relationships with Agents and Clients
- Supervise other staff in the Department
- Make periodic reports to management on activities in their region
- Responsible for all valuation matters within the specified region
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Real Estate marketing and Agency services
Qualifications
- Must possess a B.Sc or HND in Estate Management
- Must be a registered Estate Surveyor
- Must have adequate presentation and analytical skills
- Must have at least 7 years working experience with track records of sales/purchases of properties.
