Facility Manager in a World Class Facility Management Organization

We are a world class facility management organization and are seeking young, dynamic professionals to fill the position of Facility behalf of our Non-profit Internal clients

 

 

Position: Facility Manager

 

Role-Summary

  • The Facility Manager shall be responsible for strategic management of the facility. The ultimate goal is to ensure a well managed portfolio of assets with emphasis on quality service delivery.

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop, manage and implement facility management strategy for the organisation
  • Establish and administer policies & procedures for all site activities and events.
  • Plan, prepare and maintain annual budget for the facility.
  • Manage and maintain relationship with management and external parties. Participate in inspections and property walk-through with personnel from regulatory agencies.
  • Interface with procurement to advice on specification of purchases, SLAs, KPI for service providers, etc and provide project management services as necessary,
  • Ensure facilities meet needs of multiple individual visitors.
  • Supervise facility usage, operations and maintenance management for all facilities.
  • Manage facility to identify, prevent, address, and eliminate all environmental, health and safety issues.

 

 

Personal Profile:

  • First degree in any built environment related field,
  • A master’s degree in facility management will be an added advantage.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies,
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years cognate leadership experience in managing large facilities.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
