A Property Development and Facility Management Company based in Lagos have employment vacancies for the following position on the Island:

Position: Facility Managers (FM)

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a BSC/HND in Civil Engineering/ Building Technology
• Minimum of 5years’ experience in Facility Mainten­ance or a related field is required Candidates must be good leaders with proven technical and management skills who will co-ordinate and provide technical dire­ction for the development design and system integration of projects

Position: Carpenters

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited Trade/Technical School. They must be skilled carpenters with the ability to fabricate and install furniture and must be proficient in laminate and hard wood floor installation. A minimum of 5 years practical experience in this field is necessary
