Position: Forklift Operators: NMT/I/FO

Job Description
- Candidates will be responsible for operation of forklift and pail-loader in safe manner to ensure health and safety of employee on each shift.
- Assist in hitching casting and setting up floor for moulding and pouring operations
- Shake out castings, carry and position ladles to pour casting.
Requirements
- SSCE with 6 years hands on experience as forklift operator. -Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work to specific instruction
- excellent hand/eye coordination
Position: Manager: NMT/J/SMM
(SALES/MARKETING)
Job Description
- Candidates will be responsible for formulation of sales plan and coordination of marketing and sales activities in the areas of market structure, market trend, market share, sales methods, distribution and competitors’ products,
- Develop innovative business models, branding and marketing approaches for all company’s product lines
- Work with all stakeholders in product design and production to facilitate our product uniqueness and customers’ patronage.
- Prepare annual sales and marketing budget and monitor budget performance
- Manage sales force and develop distribution network capable of marketing and selling Nigeria Machine Tools product lines in local and international market
- Plan, coordinate, liaise with designers and printers to deliver marketing and promotional materials to deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing or other related discipline with 12 years hands on industry experience.
- Candidate must be conversant with sales and marketing deliverables in manufacturing outfits
