Position:     General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s positioning, marketing strategy and sales performance, The General Manager will report to the MD/CEO.

 

Job description

The fight candidate will be able to give strategic leadership, improve sales and deepen existing customer relationships while establishing new relationships.

 

On a day-to-day basis, the candidates will be expected to oversee the execution of the company while motivating team members to achieve set  targets within an established framework.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have university degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in sales and marketing of which 5 years would have been in a leadership position in the healthcare industry.
  • He/ She must be able to demonstrate strong skills in strategy formulation, execution of marketing plans, leadership and communication.
