Position: General Manager, Enterprise Services (GM ES 391)
The role is responsible for:
- Coordinating the development and implementation of Enterprise Services business plan in line with the Group’s plan and strategic direction.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of functional work plans, programme, policies and procedures
- Providing broad oversight for the design, development, and management of the Group’s property and real estate assets.
- Overseeing capital projects and ensuring quality delivery within cost, schedule and scope constraints.
- Managing Group procurement in line with leading procurement practices.
- Ensuring institutionalization of proper safety practices and standards across the Enterprise.
- Overseeing the provision of administrative support and services to stakeholders across the Group.
Skills and Attributes:
- Expert knowledge and appreciation of financial services industry peculiarities, operating model and environment and the implication for value driven deliveries.
- Excellent knowledge of real estate development and management, procurement and supply chain, project management and general administration.
- Visionary and strategic thinker with strong analytical background and demonstrable ability to establish goals and deliver results.
- Strong commercial acumen, a value based orientation and excellent negotiation skills.
- Very strong customer/stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong people development and management capabilities.

- Good proficiency and dexterity in the use of MS office tools.
Qualification and Experience:
- A good first degree in any related discipline.
- Relevant post graduate qualification.
- Relevant professional certifications (an added advantage).
- Minimum of twelve years (12) post qualification cognate experience with at least three (3) years in the financial services industry and on senior management cadre.
