Vacancies: General Manager, Executive Chef
A Four Star Hotel which includes Apartment and Suite located in a secured area of Pompomari Layout of Maiduguri, Borno State require for employment the following:
Position: General Manager
Qualifications:
- Applicants for this position must possess a minimum of First Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University or Polytechnics in relevant field.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
2. Sound commercial understanding of the Hotel industry in Nigeria.
3. Outstanding organizational skill and ability to work under pressure.
4. Ability to organize, coordinate and manage the Line Managers.
5. Sound IT knowledge including numerical and budgeting skill.
Working Experience:
Candidates applying for the position of General Manager must have a minimum of TEN (10) years working experience at managerial level in a similar Four (4) star Hospital outfit.
Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Applicants for this position must possess relevant basic qualification (HND CATERING & HOTEL MANAGEMENT) plus not less than Five (5) years working experience in both Continental and Nigerian dishes.
Remuneration/Other Benefit:
This is highly competitive and comparable to those currently obtainable in other Four (4) Star Hotels.
In addition, accommodation will be provided within the hotel compound.
