Position: General Manager (GM Operations)
The ideal candidate for this position should not more than 45 years and should possess the following requirements:
Requirements:
- A good degree in any social science related discipline (Minimum degree). An MBA together with other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- At least 10 years work experience of which at least 7 years must have been at managerial levels.
- Taking responsibility for higher level planning of the organization’s day to day activities
- Taking responsibility for the overall strategic planning and direction of the organization.
Position: Outlet/Unit/Stores Managers (QSR)
The ideal candidates with good experience in the QSR industry should have the following basic requirements:

- B.Sc in Food Technology/Hotel & Catering Management or any other Food Science discipline or social science discipline (Minimum degree).
- At least 4 years work experience of which at least 2 years must have been at the level of a branch manager in a food and hospitality establishment.
- Taking responsibility for higher level planning of the branch/store day to day activities.
- Taking responsibility for the overall strategic planning of the store/branch kitchen operations as well as giving direction to the overall management of the store/branch. Ability to work successfully lead and direct teams.
