Vacancies: General Manager, Head of Engineering, Project Engineer

(Engineering)
Position: General Manager
- Candidate will have full responsibility for profit generation. The GM is responsible for the overall management of Staff, Finances, Projects and Initiatives to improve processes.
- A key focus will be the ability to engage at diverse levels, with the objectives of implementing decisions of the company. His role will include driving the following arm of the contracting firm;
Maintenance Service: HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing
Sales: Air Conditioning and other equipments.
Qualification
- Candidate must have minimum of a B.Sc in Quantity Surveys, Architecture or Engineering, from a reputable University
- A minimum of 15 years post qualification experience with the last three years in management position in a well structured organization.
- Project management certification will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to contracting is a prerequisite.
- Ability to deputize for the MD/CEO in business development and related issues.
Skills:
- Time management and analytical skill
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Administrative and organizational skills
Position: Head of Engineering
- Candidate will be responsible for Contracting;
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
Qualification:
- Candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Ability to run/supervise projects (field and office) and should have formal project management training preferably PMP
- A minimum of 10 years position within a well structured environment, involved in contracting/project management.
- Candidate should be Male, between the age of 35 and 45 years
Skills
- Ability to generate Designs in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing, interpret and implement same.
- Candidate should be outgoing and multitasking.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Good presentation skills.
Position: Project Engineer (Electrical Or Mechanical)
Qualification:
- Candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering,
- Experience in running/supervising projects (field and office) and should have formal project management training and preferably certification.
- A minimum of 5 – 7 years experience within a well structured environment, involved in contracting/project management.
Skills:
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, work within budgets and deadlines.
- Design ability, site work experience with supervisory capabilities.
