Position: General Manager (Ref No: LCT/2011/001
Responsibility
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant and bar, ensuring that it operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its reputation and ethos.
Qualification and Experience
- The ideal candidate must be a Graduate with proven track record of running a high-end lounge, restaurant and bar for 5-10 years.
- He/she must have outstanding leadership qualities and communication skills.
- The role requires the candidate to be passionate about inventory management, service standards and product presentation.
Position: Kitchen Supervisor (Ref No: LCT/2011/002)
Responsibility
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for controlling and supervising the running of the kitchen, ensuring that the preparation and presentation of food complies with the required quality standards.
Qualification and Experience
- The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of OND certificate plus at least 3 years combined
- Kitchen/cooking experience in the hospitality/culinary industry.
Remuneration
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience and value proposition.
