We seek suitable candidates for the following:
Position: General Manager (Nigerian & Expat)
Southern Foods & Beverages FZE, an emerging foods and beverages company focusing on non-alcoholic drinks and allied products.
We are currently seeking a General Manager for our factory located in Calabar, the tourism capital of Nigeria. This is hands on role in start-up facility with approximately 35 employees and requires a pragmatic, energetic and innovative professional.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for total facility performance and metrics for this bottling and distribution facility
- Responsible for P&L & customer satisfaction performance for the facility
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment for all employees
- Ensuring compliance of operations with company policy & all NAFDAC and local regulations
- Active involvement within the community continuing to build relationships with the Free Trade Zone and local municipalities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field;
- 10 -15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sector Consumer products goods industry experience required, prior food or beverage preferred
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing operations or Sates,& distribution In-depth understanding of production support functions including budgeting, planning, safety, quality and human resources.
- Demonstrates a high degree of honesty, integrity and personal character
Position: Sales Managers are needed in the following states, Rivers, Cross River and Akwa Ibom
Requirements:
- Candidates must live and worked in the State they applied for at least 2-3 years and must have 4-7 years experience in food and beverages, preferably in non alcoholic drinks.
- Candidate should be very disciplined, matured and able to lead a team of 5-6 persons and will be responsible for the profit and loss of the state.
Qualifications:
- HND/ND/Bachelors In any discipline.
